Job Responsibilities
- Receive materials at the site, verify quantity and quality against delivery challans and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials using stock registers or ERP systems.
- Store materials in an organized, secure, and accessible manner to prevent damage, theft, or wastage.
- Issue materials to the site team as per material requisition slips, and update records promptly.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of inventory.
- Maintain proper documentation including MPR, MRR.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams regarding material availability, shortages, and reordering.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the store area and compliance with storage guidelines for different material types (cement, steel, etc.).
- Monitor and track movement of tools, equipment, and returnable materials.
- Assist in monthly stock reconciliation and reporting to the Head Office.

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills to ensure an efficient work environment. Physical fitness and a willingness to work on-site. Knowledge of storekeeping procedures and handling protocols for construction materials.
