Job Responsibilities

• Safeguard and manage all types of supplies and materials in the store room.
• Regularly verify stock levels for glasses, medicines, IPD, and OT supplies.
• Prepare demand for supplies based on monthly/quarterly verifications and submit to management.
• Coordinate with the central store for compiling and submitting monthly reports.
• Timely prepare demands for lenses, OPD instruments, and OT instruments, ensuring approval from management.
• Maintain software entries for glasses, medicines, and other relevant items, updating them regularly.
• Keep a register to maintain the distribution of supplies based on departmental demands.
• Ensure that expired supplies are reported to authorities 6 months in advance and not retained in stock.
• Separate stock registers for hospital assets, instruments, and stationery.
• Daily update and maintain records related to the store and other relevant tasks.
• Assist management in various service and operational matters within the hospital.
• Provide service support to OPD and IPD patients visiting the hospital.
• Readiness to assist teams in the field as necessary.
• Verify bills and submit them to the finance section accurately.
• Compile monthly stock reports for all supplies.
• Be prepared for any additional tasks as assigned by the management.
