Job Responsibilities
- Manage timely receives of incoming products, verifying the batch, quantity, and physical condition of all shipments.
- Oversee dispatch operations including checking, sorting, stamping, packing, and loading products for delivery to ensure punctuality.
- Record and manage return and replacement processes accurately, maintaining all necessary documentation.
- Supervise Delivery Assistants to guarantee timely deliveries while monitoring delivery bills and ensuring invoices are received by customers.
- Organize and store products according to SOPs and GSP guidelines to maintain an orderly and efficient warehouse.
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports, conduct cycle counts, and optimize space utilization to ensure safety and compliance in storage practices.
- Enforce strict stock movement protocols by adhering to batch management principles like FEFO and FIFO to mitigate waste.
- Compile reports on damages and expired inventory while ensuring compliance with GSP guidelines for documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of promotional materials to colleagues in the field.
- Maintain organized records as the custodian of essential store documentation to comply with archiving guidelines.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with at least 2 years specifically as a Store In-Charge. Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry will be advantageous. Essential Skills: Proficiency in ERP Software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Competence in Microsoft Office applications. Additional Information: Age: 20 to 35 years.
