Job Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments of medical supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Verify quantities received against purchase orders and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Unpack and inspect items for damage or defects.
- Ensure proper storage of supplies and materials in designated areas.
- Organize inventory to maximize space utilization.

Prepare and process purchasing documents and ensure compliance with procurement policies. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy. Issue supplies to departments based on approved requisitions. Assist in the preparation of annual inventory reports and budget planning. Implement security measures to prevent loss or damage to stored items. Train and supervise store assistants to ensure efficient operations.
