Join Our Team as a Student Counsellor! Helpline Global Education Consultant is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Counsellor for our Dhaka Branch. If you have a passion for guiding students, an eye for detail, and a knack for customer service, we want you! Job Responsibilities: Assist students with study abroad information and guide them through the admission and visa process. [Full training will be provided]. Communicate effectively with students and their guardians, both in person and over the phone. Provide accurate, updated information about universities, programs, and countries. Follow up with leads and maintain proper documentation. Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge. Maintain a helpful and professional attitude at all times. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferably from private universities). Strong computer skills including MS Office Applications. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Willingness to learn; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of English. Experience Requirements Freshers are encouraged to apply, but experience in education consultancy or customer service will be a plus.
