Job Responsibilities

Job Description
Invincible is on a mission to empower students in their educational journey. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Student Counselor to join our dynamic team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As a Student Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in helping students navigate their study-abroad opportunities, particularly in countries like Canada, the USA, Australia, and the UK. As a Student Counselor, your key responsibilities will include: Counseling students over the phone and face-to-face regarding admission, scholarships, eligibility, and visa processes for higher studies abroad. Managing the end-to-end application process from admission to visa for various countries. Handling foreign university applications and ensuring timely submissions. Communicating directly with foreign institutions regarding application, admission, and scholarship matters. Advising students on choosing the right country, subject, university, and scholarships based on their academic background and career goals. Guiding students throughout the application process, including document preparation and form submission. Preparing students for university admission and visa interviews. Organizing workshops, seminars, and information sessions on study-abroad opportunities. Maintaining accurate records of student interactions, documents, and applications. Using digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office to carry out responsibilities effectively. Collaborating with the digital marketing team in managing social media pages. Additionally, we are looking for candidates who possess a strong customer service mindset, with proactive sales strategies to increase enrollments. Requirements: Qualifications include a Bachelor's or higher secondary education. Excellent communication skills in English (both speaking and writing) are necessary. Proficiency in computer and social media usage. Experience in study abroad or education consultancy is preferred but not mandatory. A friendly, patient, and student-focused attitude is essential. Knowledge of admission, visa, and scholarship processes will be an advantage. Training certificates in related fields will be given priority. Only female applicants are encouraged to apply.
