Job Responsibilities
- Assess students’ academic background, interests, and financial capabilities.
- Guide students on suitable countries, universities/colleges, and courses.
- Provide personalized counselling to match educational goals.
- Assist students with the entire visa application process, including document preparation, financial documentation, and visa interviews.
- Stay updated on visa rules and immigration policies for various countries (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia).
- Help students with university/college applications.
- Follow up with institutions regarding admission statuses and documentation.
- Review and verify all documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with visa and admission requirements.
- Train students for visa interviews, including mock interviews and possible question preparation.
- Liaise with foreign universities, embassies, and visa offices.
- Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, travel, accommodation support).
- Provide guidance on pre-departure requirements, travel arrangements, and initial settlement assistance.

Your role will involve making a significant impact on students' lives through personalized support and expert guidance. Job Responsibilities: Student Counselling: Assess students’ academic backgrounds and financial capabilities to provide tailored guidance on suitable countries and institutions. Visa Guidance: Assist students through the visa application process, ensuring they understand requirements and documentation. Application Assistance: Support students in their university/college applications and follow up with institutions regarding their status. Documentation & Compliance: Verify and ensure accuracy in documentation for visa and admissions. Interview Preparation: Train students for visa interviews, conducting mock sessions and preparing them for potential questions. Coordination & Communication: Liaise with universities, embassies, and all stakeholders involved in the process. Post-Visa Services: Guide students on pre-departure requirements and initial settlement assistance. Skills & Qualifications Required: Strong background in Foreign Study Consultancy and Student Counseling. Experience with Student Visa Processing. Ability to navigate complex visa requirements and documentation. 1 to 3 years of experience in Consulting Firms or Immigration/Education Consultancy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must possess a Bachelor’s or Honours degree, preferably from universities in Bangladesh.
