Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, managing and executing production / QC process.
- Ensure implementation of daily production requirement / QC issues.
- Maintain product quality as per set standards.
- Prepare daily production reports and submit to Shift In-Charge.
- Ensure safety and security of production floor.
- Resolve technical problems during production with guidance from supervisor.
- Ensure proper use of raw materials in the production process.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Job Description
BADHON GROUP, a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of electrical devices, is searching for a dedicated Sub Assistant Engineer to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities: Assist in planning, managing, and executing production and quality control processes. Ensure implementation of daily production requirements and address quality control issues. Maintain product quality in accordance with established standards. Prepare daily production reports and submit them to the Shift In-Charge. Oversee safety and security protocols on the production floor. Resolve technical problems during production under the guidance of the supervisor. Utilize raw materials effectively in the production process. Execute additional tasks assigned by management as required. Required Skills: Proficiency in 2D (AutoCAD) and designing. Knowledge of electrical systems and industrial solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong capability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations. Other Requirements: Minimum age requirement of 20 years. This position is open only to male candidates. Freshers are also encouraged to apply, with a background in engineering being an asset.
