Position Overview:Join our dynamic team at Fit Elegance Ltd. as a Cash, Customer Service & Sales Supervisor. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can supervise sales operations while providing outstanding customer service. This role includes managing the daily cash operations of our showroom, overseeing customer service tasks, and ensuring a smooth sales experience for all clients.Job Responsibilities:As a Cash, Customer Service & Sales Supervisor, your day-to-day tasks will include:Daily showroom follow-ups to maintain an organized environment.Handling all types of customer service-related tasks to enhance customer satisfaction.Managing daily cash received, including banking activities.Supervising sales operations to achieve set targets.Overseeing the daily order receipt and delivery processes.Maintaining daily expenditures and stock levels.Providing daily reports to the line manager on various operational aspects.Performing any additional duties as requested by your supervisor.Required Skills:To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:Expertise in Cash Handling and BillingProficiency in Client ServiceSales and Marketing abilitiesAdept at meeting sales targetsExcellent Customer Service skillsExperience Required:Applicants must have:At least 1 year of relevant experience.Experience in the following business areas is desirable: Retail Store, Boutique/Fashion, Tailor Shop, Shop/Showroom.Educational Requirements:A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent honors degree is required for this position.Other Requirements:Applicants must be at most 35 years old. Those with experience in a similar field will have an advantage.Location:The job is located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Fit Elegance Ltd. operates entirely from an office environment.Compensation and Benefits:The salary for this position ranges from Tk. 16,000 to Tk. 18,000 monthly.
