Monitor and execute the plans for fish cultivation, ensuring proper feeding schedules, breeding, and processing. Track growth rates, feed conversion ratios, and observe potential diseases for effective management. Ensure the health of fish resources and take preventive measures against diseases. Manage water supply for ponds and ensure timely water changes when necessary. Check the quality of water and levels of oxygen for fish health. Implement necessary measures to prevent fish loss and mortality. Stay updated on various water management techniques. Maintain records of fish numbers and size. Manage budgets and control costs to minimize waste. Recruit, train fish farm staff, and provide guidance and support for effective duty execution. Conduct market research and align farming operations accordingly. Develop strategies to enhance farm productivity and staff efficiency. Oversee dairy cattle management and ensure organic feeding practices. Plan seasonal rice and corn cultivation with timely irrigation and fertilization. Carry out any additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries. Those with a Diploma in Fisheries will also be considered. 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in fisheries, agriculture, or related fields. Age between 32 to 36 years old. Only male candidates are eligible to apply. Training and practical experience in fish farming, dairy management, and pest control are essential.
