Job Responsibilities

Job Description

Evercare Hospital, a 470 Bed Multi Disciplinary Tertiary Care Hospital located at Plot H1, Ananya R/A, CDA, Hathazari, Chattogram, is seeking a qualified and experienced Supervisor for Nursing Services. This position is critical for maintaining high standards of patient care and managing a team of dedicated nursing staff. The role is full-time and based at our Chattogram office. As a Supervisor of Nursing Services, your key responsibilities will include: Supervising and managing the nursing staff, including scheduling, assignments, and performance evaluations. Providing leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care. Fostering a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development. Overseeing the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Monitoring patient outcomes and implementing strategies to improve care quality and safety. Identifying training needs and organizing in-service education and training programs for nursing staff. Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations related to infection control and patient safety. Conducting regular audits to ensure continuous improvement in patient care and safety standards. Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation of care plans. To qualify for this position, candidates should possess the following: A Diploma in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing. At least 7 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in NGOs or hospitals. Proficiency in ICU and OT/Scrub nursing. Aged at least 25 years. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
