Job Description

MORE TEA is looking for a dedicated Supervisor/Sales Executive to join our team at our location in Basundhara RA, Dhaka. As a key player in our juice bar, you'll ensure that our customers enjoy the best products and services. Drink Preparation: Prepare a variety of boba tea drinks (milk tea, fruit tea, etc.) according to recipes and standards. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, take orders accurately, and address customer inquiries. POS Operation: Handle cash transactions, operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, and make changes. Food Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Inventory Management: Assist with stocking supplies and managing inventory. Teamwork & Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, train new staff, and resolve issues. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Chinese food preparation. Proficient computer skills in MS Word. Experience in juice mixing and sales targets. Excellent customer service skills. Qualifications: Minimum education of HSC. Bachelor’s or Honors degree is preferred. Age between 20 to 25 years. 1 to 3 years of experience in restaurant or coffee shop environments is desirable. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
