Job Responsibilities
- Provide system support and general configuration of software.
- First line network fault handling by monitoring performance, troubleshooting problems and outages.
- Communication with Clients and operators with follow up.
- Ensure that all internal IT help desk requests are actioned.
- To deal with staff/customers in an empathic and technically effective manner.
- Provide technical assistance as required for new client projects.
- Ensure active tracking and record for all movement of IT assets.
