Job Responsibilities
- Configure & manage routers, switches, Mikrotik, OLT.
- Perform Mikrotik configuration including VLAN, BGP, filter rules, IP address, PPPoE, NAT, and queues.
- Configure OLT using Epon and Gpon technology.
- Manage switches from Cisco Nexus, Huawei, Arista, and Bdcom.
- Monitor network performance using tools such as The Dude, LibreNMS, and MRTG.
- Provide technical support to Mac/Bandwidth clients.
- Receive and handle phone calls to provide necessary support.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving network outages.
- Supervise technicians to establish new links and maintain existing connections.
- Collaborate with the NOC and core team for seamless service delivery.

About the Job:We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Support Engineer Noc to join our dynamic team at NGO ONLINE (ISP). This role requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent analytical thinking abilities. We expect our candidates to be at least 20 years old and preferably male.Salary and Benefits:The monthly salary for this position ranges from Tk. 16,000 to Tk. 22,000.
