Requirements Education Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering or a related field. Experience Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a call center environment. Skills Strong knowledge of Networking Basics, Client Support (FTTX), and relevant technologies. Familiarity with CCNA principles and CRM/Portal usage. Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office, Excel, and internet tools. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
