Education Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting.
• Installation and fixing of computer hardware, software, network, and its configuration.
• Provide timely technical assistance via phone, email, chat, or in-person to internal staff and external clients.
• Maintain and update network documentation and reports.
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems.
• Monitor and maintain company IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, servers, printers, CCTV Cameras, and internet connections.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to system performance, operating systems, and network connectivity.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as data backups, antivirus updates, and patch management.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and other IT assets.
• Collaborate with vendors for procurement and warranty support.
• Ensure data security and support compliance with IT policies.
• Must have knowledge of inventory management.
• A mindset to work during holidays if necessary.
• A positive attitude toward physical work (IT related) is essential.
