Arabic teacher: Takmīl from a recognized university or Qawmi madrasa with relevant teaching experience. Arabic Ketaab & Noorani instructors: Qawmi madrasa Takmīl and specific training in Madani Nisab or Noorani methodology. Experience: Minimum experience: 5 years (typical range 5 to 8 years) teaching in madrasa or similar institutions. Candidates with prior experience in madrasa education and the relevant syllabus will be preferred. Skills and personal attributes: Subject matter expertise in assigned subject(s) and ability to teach different age groups. Good communication skills, patience, discipline and a commitment to Islamic education. Ability to prepare lesson plans, conduct assessments and manage classroom activities.
