Key Responsibilities Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development: You'll be responsible for preparing detailed lesson plans and engaging lecture materials that align with our curriculum. Teaching and Student Engagement: Delivering interactive lectures and facilitating discussions will be key to promoting critical thinking and active participation among students. Monitoring Student Progress: You will assess students' academic performance through various methods and provide individualized support as needed. Evaluation and Feedback: Regular evaluation of assignments and examinations will help you provide constructive feedback, enhancing students' academic skills. Examinations and Academic Duties: Managing duties associated with the preparation and evaluation of examinations is a primary responsibility.
