Identify and modify instructional resources to cater to the diverse needs of students. Assist in assessing curricular needs and proposing improvements. Maintain efficient student records and provide constructive feedback. Foster an environment where all students are encouraged and motivated to participate. Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a strong support system for students. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall instructional experience. Exhibit professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional practices accordingly. Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Fulfill additional responsibilities assigned by the administration. Required Skills: Proven teaching experience, especially in History and Geography. Strong background in teaching students aged 11 to 18 years. Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Familiarity with the IB curriculum is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Qualifications: A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting. Candidates with additional qualifications such as M.Ed/B.Ed or training in the IB curriculum will be given preference.
