As a full-time Teacher, you will be entrusted with the valuable responsibility of guiding students in various subjects, ensuring that they receive the best education possible. Our academy fosters a supportive learning environment where innovative teaching methodologies are encouraged.Coordinate and guide your departmental teachers to enhance educational delivery.Prepare distribution of teacher loads, class schedules, and lesson plans according to institutional policies.Supervise exam routines and lesson preparations while ensuring all registers are maintained correctly.Arrange industrial tours for students and participate actively in classroom teaching.Engage with parents and guardians, providing counseling when necessary.Organize annual programs such as science fairs and cultural events to boost student involvement.Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and prepare training sessions for faculty members.Initiate disciplinary procedures when required, ensuring a conducive learning environment.Monitor student attachment programs with established companies to enhance practical learning.Required Skills:BSc in engineering or related field; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.At least 1 year of teaching experience, especially in university, college, or training institutes.Excellent leadership and time management skills.Strong command of English, both written and spoken.Proficiency in office administration and outstanding interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and handle various administrative responsibilities diligently.Working Conditions:This position is full-time, requiring candidates to work at our office located in Thakurgaon Sadar.
