Job Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons for IGCSE/O Level and A Level (Cambridge Curriculum).
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain academic records and contribute to curriculum development.
• Plan and prepare lesson plans appropriately for assigned subjects.
• Conduct assigned classes at scheduled times.
• Demonstrate competence in classroom instruction.
• Implement designated curriculum effectively and timely.
• Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and observation.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
• Evaluate students’ performances in an objective, fair, and timely manner.
• Engage students in active, hands-on, problem-based learning.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
• Participate in training programs, school events, and extracurricular activities.
• Plan and implement effective classroom management practices.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and active participation among students.
• Utilize modern teaching methods and resources to enhance learning.
• Provide individual support to enhance understanding.
• Follow school policies and safeguarding guidelines.

Required Skills

• Strong command of English (both spoken and written)
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital tools
• Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom)
• Ability to engage with students creatively and effectively.
