B-ADVANCY Certification Ltd. is seeking an experienced Team Lead, Cyber and Information Security to join our growing organization. This role is crucial in safeguarding our clients' information and ensures compliance with various cybersecurity standards. As a Team Lead, you will: Lead and conduct regular security audits, assessments, and penetration tests to ensure compliance with industry standards such as SWIFT CSP, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, PCI-DSS, and GDPR. Conduct penetration testing on web applications, mobile applications, networks, and cloud environments. Perform thorough vulnerability assessments and address identified weaknesses. Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of cybersecurity projects aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to define security priorities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Deploy security tools such as firewalls, SIEM, and various vulnerability management systems. Foster a culture of security awareness through training and education programs. Prepare detailed audit reports documenting findings and recommending corrective actions. Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies. Required Qualifications: Master of Information and Communication Technology (MICT) or Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg). At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT-enabled services. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Office, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
