This project is focused on enhancing the lives of marginalized groups including women, youth, and children. As a key figure in our organization, you will have an opportunity to work under the supervision of the Director of Programmes and with the support of the Executive Director to ensure that strong protective measures and empowerment initiatives are implemented effectively.The Team Leader will be responsible for:Overseeing GBV prevention and response interventions, ensuring that interventions are managed effectively and that goals are met.Managing project activities, budgeting, and compliance to guarantee high-quality reporting.Leading a diverse team and providing mentorship to foster a positive working atmosphere.Building partnerships with government and local bodies to ensure program success.Timely completion of project activities and achieving set performance targets.Ensure budget management adheres to financial regulationsFacilitating collaboration between different donor-funded programs, capturing successes and lessons learned, and sharing these insights.Strategizing to achieve program objectives in alignment with grants performance milestones.Who We Are Looking For:Ideal candidates should have:A Post Graduate degree in relevant fields such as Law, Social Sciences, or Gender and Development from recognized institutions.5 to 10 years of experience working with NGOs closely related to empowering vulnerable communities.Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.Location: Dhaka, BangladeshAt Aparajeyo Bangladesh, we celebrate diversity and invite qualified women candidates to apply.
