Job Description
Join us at Obelisk Properties Ltd. as a Team Leader (Manager / AGM) to inspire and guide our sales team towards achieving outstanding results! As the driving force behind our sales operations, you will take charge of managing the sales process, mentoring the team, and ensuring effective client relationships. Oversee sales management and strive toward target achievement. Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Develop strategies aimed at maximizing property sales and revenue growth. Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team to enhance performance. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews. Offer coaching and guidance on sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and corporate buyers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Identify new sales opportunities and potential marketing strategies. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management. Maintain sales records, revenue figures, and client feedback. Co-ordinate with other departments and work closely with the marketing team to generate leads. Ensure ethical practices and uphold the company’s reputation in the market. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 7 to 12 years, preferably in Industries such as Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, and Real Estate. Education: A Master’s degree. Age Range: 31 to 44 years. Must have a significant client base and strong communication skills. Proficiency in English is essential, along with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. No involvement in any personal business. Job Location: Dhaka (Uttara), Bangladesh Benefits: Salary Range: BDT 50,000 - 75,000 per month.
