Job Responsibilities
- Support technical compliance work to ensure all working factories meet our technical standards via internal and external audits.
- Liaise with audit companies & customer offices to verify that technical audits are conducted timely.
- Assist factories in the creation of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) following audits, while checking and verifying these plans.
- Generate technical reports reflecting factory compliance, specifically addressing issues like unauthorized subcontracting.
- Provide guidance and support to factories in formulating action plans and resolving compliance issues.
- Regularly audit factories to gather information on their operational standards and compliance with customer requirements.
- Coordinate with local customer offices regarding audits and ensure appropriate training for factory staff.

About the PositionWe are seeking a dedicated Technical Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team at Buying House. This role is a part-time opportunity which offers the flexibility to work at our office or from different locations within Bangladesh.
