Job Responsibilities
- Provide overall technical leadership and direction for the SaaS platform.
- Analyze business and functional requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end project management including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring the team follows agile best practices.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to ensure alignment of requirements, design, and delivery.
- Mentor and guide frontend, backend, and DevOps engineers to ensure high-quality code and system performance.
- Implement and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications effectively.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and information security best practices (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Coordinate across multiple stakeholders for seamless execution.
