Job Responsibilities
- Plan the program implementation timeline under the guidance of the project manager.
- Implement activities focusing on livelihood and environmental restoration, including tree plantation.
- Assess the needs of vulnerable individuals and develop strategies to address them.
- Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders for effective project implementation.
- Conduct field visits regularly to monitor progress and adapt strategies as necessary.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying risks and gaps in community engagement methods.
- Actively participate in meetings and collaboration with external partners.
- Perform any additional tasks as directed by the project manager.

Job Description
RDRS Bangladesh is on a mission to empower rural communities through sustainable development, and we are looking for a dedicated Technical Officer - Environment Protection to be a part of our impactful journey. This role is pivotal in our ongoing Emergency Response Program (RERP) aimed at supporting the Rohingya refugees and host communities in Cox’s Bazar. As the Technical Officer, you will play an instrumental role in our efforts to promote environmental sustainability and food security in the camps.
