About the Role: As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide professional and friendly support to our clients via telephone, electronic help desk, and live chat. Your core responsibilities will include: Responding promptly to customer inquiries and handling complaints effectively. Obtaining and evaluating relevant information to resolve inquiries. Processing support logs and forms accurately. Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate resources for resolution. Managing customer accounts and documenting interactions thoroughly. Coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Who We're Looking For: A degree in Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering is required. The ideal candidate should have: A maximum of 1 year of experience in an IT Enabled Service environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Hands-on experience with computer LAN setups and troubleshooting. Solid foundational knowledge of IP routing and subnetting. Experience with Linux and Windows OS setups. A positive attitude towards customer service and a willingness to learn. The age requirement for applicants is between 23 to 35 years, and freshers are encouraged to apply.
