As a Technical Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing efficient technical assistance by addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues to ensure uninterrupted service for clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues while documenting detailed case information and maintaining accurate records. Monitoring and responding to system alerts, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of potential issues. Actively participating in knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional technical support to clients. Document and track technical issues in a systematic manner. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of support processes. Engage with customers to ascertain their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Adapt quickly to new technologies and tools to support organizational needs. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. Experience: Candidates with exceptional English skills may have educational requirements relaxed. Skills: Proficiency in writing and speaking English is mandatory. Familiarity with tools like Zoho Desk, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts when necessary. Demonstrated ability to work in a home office with a reliable setup for video calls.
