Responsibilities: Sales and Lead Conversion: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services. Convert leads by addressing inquiries and objections effectively. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Drive revenue growth through effective telesales strategies. Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Handle follow-up calls to nurture leads and finalize sales. Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate terms and prices with customers. Ensure timely deal closures while meeting customer expectations. Sales Process Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of customer information in CRM software. Deliver accurate sales reports to management. Ensure timely payments are made. Instant Problem Solving: Address customer complaints professionally. Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues promptly. Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback for product improvement. Stay informed about market trends to enhance sales strategies. Employee Requirements: Education: Bachelor/Honors or Diploma, with preference for candidates from Uttara University, International University of Business Agriculture and Technology, Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology, Asian University of Bangladesh, and Daffodil International University. Experience: 2 to 5 years in relevant fields such as Banking, Telecommunication, IT services, Education Consultancy, etc. Skills: Attractive voice, computer skills, convincing capability, internet browsing, and telemarketing skills.
