Job Responsibilities
- Convince potential customers to make purchases over the phone by maintaining a professional, persuasive, and friendly approach.
- Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team and generate quality sales.
- Make outbound sales calls and engage with potential clients to overcome objections and close deals.
- Maintain regular contact with key clients and provide updates to the technical team about customer requirements and satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the immediate supervisor while ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met.

About the Job: In this role, you will be responsible for: Convincing potential customers to make purchases over the phone by maintaining a professional, persuasive, and friendly approach. Following up on leads provided by the marketing team to generate quality sales. Making outbound sales calls and engaging with potential clients to overcome objections and close deals. Maintaining regular contact with key clients and providing updates to the technical team about customer requirements and satisfaction. Preparing and presenting regular reports to the immediate supervisor to ensure sales targets and KPIs are met. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Honors. Excellent communication skills in English (both writing and speaking). At least 1 year of experience in sales; freshers are encouraged to apply. Experience in software or corporate sales will be an added advantage. Must be between 20 to 32 years old and female candidates only. Working Environment: This is a full-time position where you will be required to work at our office located in Dhaka, at DOHS Mirpur.
