About Us: Bikroy.com, a leading online classifieds platform in Bangladesh, is on the lookout for a motivated and skilled Tele Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. Established in 2012, we are dedicated to providing a unique marketplace that empowers people through fast and safe buying and selling. Job Responsibilities: Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective clients to sell products as directed. Curate potential leads for membership sales in locations outside of Dhaka through an online search and inactive user base. Conduct cold calls to reach leads and establish relationships, converting them into membership prospects. Provide guidance to prospects on selecting the correct membership package for optimum results while meeting sales targets. Offer telephonic support to members during the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies. Follow provided scripts during calls while effectively addressing customer inquiries and promoting services. Regularly follow up with existing and potential clients using the designated ERP system. Be target-oriented, capable of achieving both personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals. Meet assigned responsibilities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience: 1-2 years in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred; freshers are also encouraged to apply. Skills: Fluency in Bangla and English. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong convincing power and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Data-driven and number-oriented mindset. Self-motivated with a focus on customer service. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/Vicidial systems. Age: Candidates aged between 18 to 25 years old are encouraged to apply. Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this position.
