Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow up on leads assigned.
- Sell membership packages over the phone and meet assigned revenue targets.
- Explain service details and assist customers in utilizing our offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and encourage them to upgrade/renew packages.
- Provide excellent customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist customers in matchmaking services using our systems.
- Maintain accurate client profiles and databases.
- Proactively approach potential clients to explain our services and build relationships.
- Coordinate with team members to provide seamless support.
- Handle sensitive client information professionally.

Job Description
Job Purpose: As a Tele Sales / Tele Service Executive at Palki Limited, you will play a crucial role in our revenue generation efforts by engaging with both new and existing clients through telephone communications. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can effectively meet sales targets while forming meaningful relationships with our customers.Make outbound calls and follow up on leads to drive sales.Sell membership packages over the phone and achieve assigned revenue targets.Explain service details and assist customers in utilizing our offerings.Understand customer requirements, encouraging them to upgrade or renew matrimony packages.Provide excellent customer experiences by addressing queries and resolving issues.Assist clients in utilizing matchmaking services via our specialized systems.Maintain accurate client profiles and databases.Proactively approach potential clients to explain our services.Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless support.Handle sensitive client information with professionalism.Job Nature: Full Time (6 days a week)Working Hours: 10 AM - 6 PMQualifications:Bachelor/Honors DegreeDiploma or Masters Degree in relevant fieldsKey Skills: Must have a strong background in BPO, consultancy, customer service, and sales with specific skills in telemarketing and client relationship management.Age Requirement: Ideal candidates should be female, aged between 23 to 35 years, with 1 to 2 years of experience in related areas such as Telecommunication, IT Enabled Services, Consulting, or Call Centers.
