We are currently seeking skilled professionals to take on this exciting role, which involves crucial responsibilities across various telecommunication tasks. This job opportunity is available for individuals looking to grow in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the region.:As a Telecommunication Technician, you will be responsible for:Conducting site surveys and acquisition, including SSR preparation and CW, Power, LOS, and RF surveys.Performing civil works, including tower foundation/erection, site preparation, fencing, and installation of steel structures, HVAC, and cable trays.Installing and optimizing 3G/4G/5G radio units, antennas, and feeders, along with conducting drive tests and system integration.Handling installation and maintenance of SDH, MW, and fiber systems, ensuring proper testing and configuration.Working on MSCs, Data Center deployments, and maintaining power systems, including rectifiers and generators.As a Telecommunication Rigger, your responsibilities include:Overseeing site acquisition and SSR preparation.Managing civil works and ensuring all installations meet the required standards.Conducting installations and optimization for efficient network functionality.Deploying necessary infrastructure and performing maintenance as required.Key Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of a Diploma in Power, Electronics, or Computer disciplines.At least 5 years of experience in telecommunication, IT services, or ISP sectors.Proficient in telecommunication products and services.Age between 24 to 33 years, male candidates encouraged to apply.Benefits and Salary:Salary Range: 75,000 BDT - 97,500 BDT monthly.Accommodation provided or an allowance of 25% of salary.Transportation allowance of 10% of salary.Mobile allowance or company-provided services.Medical insurance provided by the company.Contract period: 2 Years with vacations of 30 days every two years.Application Details:If you fit the qualifications and are interested in this career opportunity, please mention the position in the subject line of your email.
