Launched in 2016, our growth trajectory has made us the leading platform in the region. Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team. This role involves reaching out to customers and merchants to sell our subscription packages via both outbound and inbound calls. If you are an enthusiastic salesperson eager to connect with customers, we want to hear from you! Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell subscription packages and services. Aim to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Effectively present product benefits and persuade customers towards purchase. Manage customer objections confidently to improve conversion rates. Maintain high call productivity as per KPIs. Accurately record customer information and sales transactions. Share clear and transparent information to build customer trust and satisfaction. Adhere to telesales scripts and compliance guidelines. Provide basic post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge to enhance customer interactions. Requirements: Education: Minimum HSC or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: 6 months to 3 years in tele-sales or call center roles preferred. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Skills: Strong communication in Bangla and basic English, with computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems). Age: At least 18 years. Gender: Open to both Males and Females.
