Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services and generate leads.
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients by understanding their needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up with existing customers to promote new offerings and maintain satisfaction levels.
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
- Report sales performance and customer feedback regularly to the management.
- Collaborate closely with team members for a seamless customer experience.
