Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell courses via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Perform cross-selling and upselling where applicable.

Join us in our mission to transform education!Position Overview:We are on the lookout for a passionate and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to become a key part of our dynamic team. In this role, you'll promote and sell our innovative online courses over the phone, leveraging social media and databases to generate leads while nurturing robust customer relationships to hit sales targets.Your responsibilities will include:Conducting inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell our courses.Aiming to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.Updating customer information in our CRM/database.Professionally handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.Executing cross-selling and upselling strategies where relevant.Keeping abreast of product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.Who We’re Looking For:We highly encourage female candidates to apply!
