About the Job: As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for identifying target markets, executing dispatch orders, and fostering relationships with corporate clients. You will work closely with our corporate sales and marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of our marketing strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include: Identifying target market, sales channels, and executing dispatch orders. Maintaining close contact with corporate customers and contributing to market visibility. Collecting data and producing reports to support management decisions. Aiming for achieving volume and value targets across your assigned territory. Managing key corporate customers through effective communication and sales strategies. Identifying new business opportunities and enhancing product coverage within your territory. Implementing promotional activities as per strategic plans. Ensuring timely payment collections and managing outstanding accounts. Coaching and guiding team members for optimal performance. Building professional relationships with industrial stakeholders to enhance market presence. Who We Are Looking For:You should have: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a Master’s degree (MBA) focused on Marketing. At least four years of experience in the cement industry or corporate marketing roles. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. A natural ability to convince and engage corporate clients effectively.
