  • Achieve sales target and objective of the territory as per budget.
  • Make proper use of promo tools judiciously according to guidelines.
  • Arrange demonstrations of products with the marketing team and ensure product detailing.
  • Conduct routine visits to all potential fields to ensure product availability.
  • Develop personal contacts with important opinion leaders.
  • Be active on sales team platforms and communicate effectively.
  • Support the recovery team to ensure desired credit levels.
  • Organize retailer/distributor briefing sessions as needed.

ACI Motors Limited, a prominent subsidiary of ACI, is looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Territory Officer for CEAT Tires. Our company specializes in a wide range of automobile and agricultural machinery products including motorcycles, tractors, power tillers, harvesters, diesel engines, generators, and construction equipment. For more information about our offerings, we invite you to visit ACI Motors.As a Territory Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:Achieving sales targets and objectives for your designated territory as per budgetary guidelines.Utilizing promotional tools effectively, adhering to the marketing and branding strategy set by the team.Organizing product demonstrations alongside the marketing team, ensuring excellent product presentation and detailing to potential customers.Conducting regular visits to ensure product availability across all potential fields.Building relationships with key opinion leaders in agriculture/livestock, NGOs, and other influencers to drive business growth.Leveraging digital platforms and sales team applications to enhance sales activities.Coordinating with the recovery team to maintain optimal credit levels.Facilitating retailer/distributor briefing sessions as required.Performing any other tasks assigned by the supervisor as necessary.We seek candidates who meet the following qualifications:Age: Between 22 to 30 years old.Strong sales acumen and prior experience in territory sales is a plus.Must be gender-neutral; both males and females are encouraged to apply.Other benefits include:Mobile bill, transportation allowance, medical allowance, profit sharing, provident fund, and gratuity.Annual salary reviews and two festival bonuses each year.This is a full-time position based in any location across Bangladesh.
