Job Responsibilities
- Collect market data about business scenarios like competitor's product, price, feature, sales volume, market share etc. and inform immediate supervisor accordingly.
- Visit different areas of poultry, fish and cattle feeds dealers, retailers and farmers on a regular basis to expand sales opportunity.
- Collect orders from the market and place orders accordingly for uninterrupted sales.
- Achieve pre-determined sales targets to contribute to business revenue.
- Maintain a good relationship with existing dealers, retailers and farmers to maximize sales.
- Promote the benefits of poultry, fish and cattle feeds by collaborating with technical team members to reach prospective customers.
- Maintain proper communication with the distribution and delivery team for timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Source out new dealers, retailers, and farmers to generate sales.
- Prepare day-to-day reports such as sales report, collection report, market analysis report and submit to immediate supervisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for proactive and skilled individuals looking to drive sales and marketing campaigns in the dynamic agro-products sector.As a Territory Officer, your key responsibilities will include:Conducting market research to gather competitive insights and informing the supervisor.Regular visits to poultry, fish, and cattle feeds dealers, retailers, and farmers to expand sales opportunities.Collecting and processing orders to ensure uninterrupted supply of products.Achieving sales targets to drive business revenue growth.Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and farmers to maximize sales.Collaborating with the technical team to promote our feed products effectively.Ensuring timely and accurate product delivery through clear communication with the distribution team.Identifying and onboarding new dealers and retailers for increased market presence.Preparing detailed sales reports to track performance and market conditions.The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:A Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in agro-based firms.A passion for sales with proven success in achieving targets.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of communicating effectively via email.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of clients.Aged at most 23 years, with physical stamina to meet job demands.We value our team members and offer competitive remuneration, with the salary range being Negotiable.
