Job Responsibilities: Build and manage a strong network of sales and marketing dealers, including identifying and onboarding new dealers. Achieve overall sales volume and value targets while ensuring optimal distribution and visibility of our products. Handle primary sales order management and verify secondary sales effectively. Prepare periodic sales reports and analyze the performance against set programs to measure their effectiveness. Monitor distributor stock levels, ensure timely payment from distributors, and handle any claim adjustments promptly. Guarantee product coverage and availability as per company standards; resolve issues promptly with immediate supervisors and out-level staff. Take on additional tasks assigned by management as required. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. This position is open to male candidates aged between 28 to 42 years. Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales. Ability to work under pressure with excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with MS Office is a must, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Job Location: This position is available Anywhere in Bangladesh.
