We're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth for our premium tableware glass in the corporate sector. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our corporate customer base while working in a collaborative environment. As the Territory Sales Manager, you will: Lead Corporate Sales: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for tableware glass within your assigned territory. Manage Key Accounts: Build and nurture relationships with hotel and restaurant chains, corporate gifting agencies, event management companies, premium retailers, and institutional caterers. Showcase Product Expertise: Conduct product showcases for corporate decision-makers and leverage your knowledge of our tableware glass collections. Execute Sales Strategies: Design and implement tailored action plans targeting seasonal opportunities and corporate gifting programs. Expand Market Presence: Identify new corporate partners through tender participation and collaborations with architects and designers. Ensure Operations & Compliance: Monitor stock levels, ensure timely delivery of products, and resolve client issues swiftly. Provide Reporting & Insights: Track competitor activity and submit regular reports on sales pipeline and negotiations. Job Requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing. 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in corporate environments. Able to work full-time in the office located in Chattogram. Aged between 25 to 35 years (Only Male candidates). Benefits: Mobile bill and travel allowance. Annual salary reviews.
