Job Responsibilities
- Supervising daily sales and trade marketing activities.
- Enhancing trade relations with different traders and customers.
- Forecasting market demand and achieving assigned sales targets.
- Ensuring the sustainable growth of market share.
- Validate and authorize potential new markets and distributors.
- Coordinate 100% numeric and weighted distribution of products.
- Identify weak distributors, prepare action plans, and work on appointment/termination of distributors.

Radiant Care Limited is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join its dynamic sales organization. Enhancing trade relations with different traders and customers to secure and grow shelf presence. Forecasting market demand and achieving assigned sales targets through effective planning and execution. Ensuring sustainable growth of market share by executing distribution and promotional strategies. Validating and authorizing potential new markets and distributors, identifying opportunities for expansion. Coordinating numeric distribution and weighted distribution goals for products across the territory. Identifying underperforming distributors, preparing action plans, and taking initiatives on appointment or termination of distributors in consultation with sales leadership. Monitoring distributor-wise damage control, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating adjustments with Sales Head, Sales Admin, and Accounts. Regularly monitoring competitor activity and collecting market intelligence to inform strategy. Monitoring distributor credit limits and encouraging cash-based business to reduce financial exposure. Training and developing the sales team to improve individual performance and achieve collective targets. Required qualifications and education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent Masters degree (MA, MSS, MCom, MSc). Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing (FMCG), Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care or similar sectors. Proven experience handling distributors, dealers, and retail sales channels. Skills and attributes: Strong FMCG sales knowledge and familiarity with trade marketing principles. Excellent people management and team-leading skills; ability to motivate and develop a sales team. Practical distributor management experience including appointment, performance monitoring, and termination processes. Good market analysis and forecasting abilities; comfortable working with market data and competitor intelligence. Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain strong trade relationships.
