Job Responsibilities
- Plan and Develop sales strategies at the area level to achieve Territory wise sales targets.
- Review Distributor's / Dealer's network, and strength for effective coverage & Sales Expansion.
- Manage team members (Sales Representatives) for sales growth & conduct market research to understand competitors and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with electricians and electrical contractors in assigned territory.
- Prepare monthly reports (sales, collection) and submit to the authority on time.

If you're ambitious and ready to contribute to this vision, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:Develop and implement effective sales strategies in your area to meet or exceed territory sales targets.Manage and enhance our network of distributors and dealers for effective sales expansion.Oversee a team of Sales Representatives, guiding them to achieve success through motivation and skill development.Conduct market research to analyze competitors and trends, and share actionable insights for improvement.Ensure positive team performance and sales growth through relationship building and mentoring.Visit various commercial locations, from distributors and shops to hospitals and corporate offices, to drive sales.Build and maintain robust relationships with electricians and electrical contractors in your area.Handle order delivery and collection efficiently.Maintain distributor stock management.Prepare and submit monthly reports on sales and collections.What You’ll Need:A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.3 to 5 years of sales experience, particularly within the electronic equipment/home appliances sector.Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.Experience in dealer and distributor channel sales.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel frequently as required by the job.A valid motorcycle driving license is preferred.Job Benefits:Mobile bill coverage.Annual salary review.Two festival bonuses.Sales incentives and daily allowances, along with professional growth opportunities!This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about sales and eager to grow their careers.
