Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor's activities and continuously search for new opportunity to increase sales volume
  • Set the goals for retailers and distributors in order to achieve the target to increase the market share and growth
  • Take sustainable and innovative initiative to increase sales
  • Manage a team of distributors and distribution channels such as shops and wholesalers and follow up their performance and accuracy
  • Provide information by collecting customer feedback, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
  • Find out the way to increase the product demand more than the competitors' product and provide feedback to line manager about competitor's price and new marketing program
  • Make action plan for effective and prospective dealers and retailers to accomplish marketing and sales objectives
  • Monitor the delivery lines to ensure the top quality at the right time
  • Listen and handle distributors' and dealers' complaints
  • Regular visit to distributors' and dealers' office and train them to deal with customers
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly analysis reports and graphical presentation on revenue, market share, product sales development, competitors' positions.

As a Territory Sales Officer, you will be responsible for:Conducting regular market visits to ensure route coverage and understanding competitor activities.Setting sales goals for retailers and distributors to enhance our market share.Implementing sustainable initiatives to boost sales.Managing a team of distributors and analyzing their performance.Collecting customer feedback and conducting market research to inform marketing strategies.Finding innovative ways to increase product demand over competitors and reporting findings to your line manager.Preparing comprehensive sales reports and graphical presentations.Providing training and assistance to distributors for optimal customer engagement.To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:A Bachelor’s Degree (Honors) or equivalent.Experience of 2 to 4 years in FMCG, fuel, or any related business.Strong skills in competitor analysis, corrective action planning, and sales analysis.A valid motorbike driving license and the ability to ride a motorbike.This position requires excellent communication skills, both in Bangla and English, and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic workplace environment.
