Job Description
Tex International Ltd is seeking a dedicated Textile Manager to join our professional team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards and ensuring we meet the needs of our clients effectively.In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of the textile production process, which includes:Yarn & Fabric Sourcing: Manage and monitor the sourcing and development of yarns and fabrics from various suppliers.Fabric Development & Testing: Ensure all fabrics comply with buyer specifications through regular lab tests.Knitting & Dyeing Supervision: Oversee the knitting and dyeing processes for quality and efficiency.Quality Assurance: Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve quality issues.Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Build strong relationships with mills and laboratories.Process Improvement: Implement best practices for textile sourcing and development.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with merchandising, production, and quality teams.Job Requirements:Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering.At least 8 years of experience in the textile/RMG sector.Strong technical knowledge of textile raw materials and processes.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Age range 40 to 55 years.This opportunity offers a competitive salary (Negotiable) and the chance to work in a vibrant and supportive environment.
