Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor tinplate printing machines (e.g., 1-2 color offset Metal Printing presses).
- Set up print jobs according to artwork and job specifications.
- Inspect print quality (registration, color density, alignment) using quality tools.
- Mix and match inks as per design requirements.
- Ensure proper plate mounting and blanket cleaning.
- Maintain records of production, rejections, and ink/chemical usage.
- Coordinate with prepress, QA, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Conduct minor machine maintenance and assist in breakdown troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
