Job Responsibilities
- Completing all tasks set by the superior and assisting wherever possible.
- Should have fundamental knowledge regarding Gear, Cam, Cam Shaft & its mechanism.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Conduct shift meeting with all operators.
- Support to M/C start and M/C operation and basic maintenance work.
- Have to manage operator lunch/breaktime/dinner and support to machine operation.
- Implement 5S, TPM, KYT, activities & safety system in the production floor.
- Collect necessary chemical from warehouse and maintain record.
- Production quality ensure and production delay follow-up.
- Willing to do OT & Shifting duty.
- Shift wise must meet production target and report to superior.
- Any other task assign by the department manager.

As a Trainee Engineer, you will be mentored by experienced professionals and play a key role in our dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: Complete tasks set by your superior and provide assistance wherever possible. Understand and operate equipment such as gears, cams, and cam shafts. Maintain composure under pressure while meeting deadlines. Conduct shift meetings with operators to ensure smooth operations. Support machine start-up and operations, assisting in basic maintenance. Manage operator schedule for lunch, breaks, and support machine operations. Implement 5S and TPM activities to maintain a safe and efficient production floor. Collect necessary chemicals from the warehouse and maintain accurate records. Ensure production quality and follow up on production delays. Be willing to perform overtime and adhere to shift duties. Meet production targets and report back to your superior. Take on additional tasks as assigned by the department manager. Requirements: Education: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience: 1 to 2 years in a related field. Gender: M/F. Skills: Basic computer knowledge, English language proficiency, and strong communication skills. Benefits: Fully subsidized lunch and dinner.
