Job Description
Pally Bikash Kendra (PBK) is a nationally recognized private development organization in Bangladesh, approved by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (00529-039996-00190) and PKSF. We are urgently seeking interested and qualified Bangladeshi citizens for the position of Trainee Field Officer (Microcredit) to expand our ongoing microcredit programs across various districts in urban and rural areas. Job Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to support microcredit initiatives in designated areas. Assist in the management of microloan distribution and repayment processes. Foster relationships with local communities to enhance program effectiveness. Participate in training sessions to develop skills necessary for microcredit management. Handle administrative tasks related to the microcredit programs. Qualifications Required: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline. Age: Maximum 32 years. Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a motorcycle or bicycle. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and internet usage is preferred. No prior experience is required; however, experience in microcredit operations will be prioritized. Working Hours: Full Time Additional Benefits: Starting salary of BDT 20,000 during the 6-month probation period with incentives based on performance. As a permanent field officer, a monthly salary of BDT 25,680 will be provided along with mobile and motorcycle fuel allowances. After permanent placement, standard benefits include provident fund, gratuity, festival bonuses, and maternity/paternity leaves as per organizational policies.
