Job Responsibilities
- Identify training and development needs through TNA (Training Needs Assessment), performance appraisals, and department consultations.
- Design, implement, and evaluate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain and update Learning Management System (LMS) and training documentation.
- Track and assess training outcomes and recommend necessary improvements.
- Support initiatives like competency frameworks, career pathing, and succession planning.
- Organize employee engagement activities, including team-building and cultural events.
- Assist with content creation and publishing of the in-house newsletter.
- Prepare L&D dashboards and MIS reports.
- Collaborate across departments to align L&D strategies with company goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of training, ensuring our employees are equipped with the skills they need to excel. Job Responsibilities: Identify training and development needs through TNA (Training Needs Assessment), performance appraisals, and department consultations. Skills: Strong verbal/written communication, creativity, multitasking, and familiarity with modern training methodologies.
